New 405 Freeway HOV Lane Approved
 
Congressman Brad Sherman was joined by California Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez, Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger at a ceremony clearing the way for construction of a new car-pool lane on the 405 Freeway.
